Maxicare members in Taguig and Quezon City can now enjoy a more convenient way to request their outpatient LOAs (Letter of Authorization) at select Southstar Drug branches, thanks to the newly installed Maxicare Healthcare Kiosks. These terminals allow members to easily find Maxicare clinics and accredited hospitals, skip long wait times, and schedule appointments based on their availability. Follow the simple on-screen steps at the terminals to quickly receive your Appointment ID or LOA via your registered mobile number and email address, ensuring easy access to quality healthcare.
